18.00 court bookings new entry guidelines Safeguarding for children
Good evening everyone
As you are all aware Brackley Squash Club is a shared facility within Winchester House School
The school are implementing a NEW squash programme on Tuesdays and Thursdays 17.00-18.00pm bookings only.
You will be aware on the booking system that it shows Winchester house school from 16.30-18.00.
It is important that as part of the safeguarding of children within the school use and our continued risk assessment working together, only one teacher will be present & I ask that all Members to have left the facility latest at 16.50 ( members who book the 15.50-16.30court) and please do not enter for the 18.00booking earliest 17.55, please wait in your vehicle outside, this is to allow the teacher Mr Dan Busby who is now the official coach for the school to clear the court for our use.
We cannot adult members getting changed whilst the children are still booked using the facility
Thank you for your understanding, if you have any questions do not hesitate to call me .
This is very important for long term relations and the development of the club that the expectation from both parties work together and are met.
