2018 Pilates now Yin Yoga starting 11th January 2019 - wellbeing for all

Hi everyone

as part of our commitment to our members we will be introducing yin yoga from Friday 11th January 9-10am in 2019 . We already have Pilates available on Thursday mornings with Becki Horwood 07881 805500 should anyone wish to attend, women and men welcome to all classes.
