Brackley Squash - Reactivate your Memberships - Action Required PHASE 1

Status - Phase 1: Reopening of Courts

Hi all,

Hope you have been keeping well and are as excited as we are about the news that we can at long last return to court!

Please be aware that this email is going out to all active and inactive members so there is a chance that you have not been a member for a while and do not wish to return, if this is the case please let me know and I will remove you from the system completely.

More information will follow and will be updated regularly about the rules but from my side as membership secretary I need to now get you all back on the system as active members so that you are able to book a court again.

I am also using this as an opportunity to ensure all your information is up to date as well. This will be vital for all of our track and trace responsibilities.

In order to do this I need the following information as soon as you can please:

- Name on the account INCLUDING the name of all family members tied to your subscription if applicable.
- Date of Birth
- Preferred email address (hopefully it's this one)
- Preferred contact number
- Emergency contact name and contact number
- Full home address

Please be aware that until I have this information confirmed I cannot reactive your account, this is all part of our ongoing responsibilities as a club.

Please also get your payments up and running again as soon as you can, as always the preference is a standing order with no end date added so they don't stop without you noticing. The details again for the standing order are:

Reference: Your name the same as it will appear on your club account

The first payment date may be a few days after the setup so I advise you do this as soon as you can so we can activate your account quickly.

** Once this has been done please let me know and when the first payment can be expected **

Our treasurer Dave and I will then have the task of cross referencing all the new payments with your accounts and making you active again so if you could give us all this info and ASAP it would be a big help.
