Weekly Coach Guidance #9

Morning All!

I hope your week has been good.

The weather has been much cooler so I've spent more time indoors with the Joe Wicks workouts which seem to be getting harder, 5 mins of Abs at the end is certainly stretching me. I do feel the longer term effect of doing this both in leg muscles and general core strength, it does show that you can build it up albeit slowly.

Having said that, we had superb conditions this weekend & again this morning! Lockdown is gradually easing so it’s good to see that those who have been isolated can now ‘bubble’ with another family.

One of the things I love watching & listening to is Cricket including the commentary of previous Ashes Tests matches. I'm looking forward to the resumption of sport as a whole even if it isn’t ours just yet including the Premier League football this Wednesday.

Finally, we have an online Committee meeting this week to see where we are, to plan thoroughly using advice from England Squash/World Squash Federation as there is a possibility of some form of reopening of our Club next month, we expect further guidance to be released this week from which we'll keep you fully informed & aware of our next steps. Safety is 100% our number 1 priority for all.
