Weekly Coach guidance

Good afternoon All!

Whilst you might well have heard of Joe Wicks, Mr Motivator, Arnie Schwarzennegger or other well-known coaches, today we launch our own weekly coaching guidance thanks to our very own Level 2 coach Martin Hall , with the aim to keep you fit & healthy ready to return on-court in prime condition!

Here are 3 top tips to keep you moving;

1 . Anything is better than nothing even if it’s 10 minutes up and down the stairs.
2 . Know you limits & build up gradually.
3 . Set realistic targets, the lockdown is here for a while so you have plenty to time to build up your fitness.
