As part of the growth of the club we are bringing PILATES & YOGA to the club members
2018 is the year of thinking about our health and eating habits WELLNESS & FITNESS.
Each session will be a maximum of 10 and a minimum of 6 people to start the courses. FIRST COME FIRST SERVED.
It will start from beginner level and advance as required.
COURSES WILL BE:
6 week blocks paid in advance direct to the club bank accounts with your name as reference Pilates classes cost is £36 per 6 week course.
TIMELINE TO START 19th FEBRUARY - subject to take up of spaces.
MONDAY 13.00 -15.00 time TBA for 1 hour
TUESDAY 13.00-15.00 time TBA for 1 hour
THURSDAY Early risers 7.00 - 8.00 or 13.00 -15.00 .
Your instructor will be Becky Horwood ( Simon Horwood's wife!;-0).
She brings with her a wealth of knowledge within the health and fitness sector with over 10 years experience.
Currently Becky is a level 3 personal trainer with over 10 years experience as a Fitness Pilates instructor.
