Step 3 changes from Monday 17th

Good Afternoon All,

We are super pleased to share we will move to Step 3 in-line with last nights England Squash's announcement!

From this coming Monday you can book with multiple households playing normal, full-court games . To maintain our priority of member safety, we will keep it as one available court booking per slot, on the hour, with the usual 40 min playing slot. As a small flow space with the same entry/exit point, we still ask you to depart the site by 45 past.

We would like to re-emphasis our safety protocols of using the temperature device (if 37.8 degrees or higher, please depart the club) upon arrival, scan the NHS QR code, minimise your touch-points, use the hand santitiser, put any bags & belongings on-court & arrive changed ready to play. The viewing area, showers & water facilities are still out of use. The site will continue to be cleaned every week, it is important we all play our part to ensure it remains a safe, Covid-free environment for everyone.

As we progress we will further review more changes including the re-introduction of the box leagues. Note, our 2nd phase of the £20k site upgrade project will take place on 31st May, closing the club for 4 days. More news to follow on these exciting changes plus we're making plans for early July which we hope to share with you in the near future!

On a positive concluding note, congratulations to Emma Hall on passing her England Squash Level 1 Coaching qualification which will further enhance our Junior Programme.

If you have any questions, please do reach out!

Take care & enjoy your hit,

Brackley Squash Club Committee
