Weekly Coach Guidance #10

Good Evening All,

Hope you're keeping fit & well.

Another week has passed and we've seen a change in the weather for the better! I see that Joe Wicks is reducing the frequency of his sessions to 3 days a week (to be honest I can only manage every other day anyway) but I was pleased to complete them and also the extra 5 mins abs workout at the end, building slowly towards the 6 pack :)

Active Northants are offering free access to online classes including boxing, Yoga, Dance & fitness free-of-charge for the rest of June, click here for more info & access;

As a Committee, we held a meeting last Tuesday to review the latest guidelines from England Squash & the World Squash Federation to understand how we can prepare for re-opening when appropriate. With the risk level reduced to 3, we can now see that things are improving so we need to be prepared and thoroughly consider how we can safely open the club, more on that in due course. Safety of our members is the number one priority.
